Identity is rarely a straight line.

It is built layer by layer, shaped by experiences, memories, people, places and emotions. Some parts are chosen.
Others are inherited.
Some are visible to the world, while others remain hidden beneath the surface.

Pearlstorm explores the complexity of identity through texture, movement and transformation.
Inspired by the ocean, the artwork resembles a storm of pearls, crystals and fragments moving together in an endless current.
Every element represents a piece of who we are: our dreams, scars, beliefs, fears, victories and losses.
Individually they may seem insignificant, but together they form something unique.

Much like a pearl, identity develops through time. What once felt like pressure, uncertainty or discomfort slowly becomes part of our strength and character.
There is no single centre to this work, just as there is no single definition of self.
The eye continuously discovers new details, new paths and new connections.
Identity is never fixed. It evolves, expands and transforms throughout life.

Within the chaos exists harmony.
Within the layers exists a story.
And within every story exists a person still becoming.
